Jay Troutman, President
Jay holds a position of respected leadership in Hospitality based on more than 30 years of stewardship of the industry’s software and business technology needs. Jay’s emphasis on valuing human relationships and developing innovative new software solutions resulted in 100% loyalty from Aptech's 750 users and directorships for Jay on several Boards both inside and outside the hotel industry.

Jay started Aptech while a student at Cornell University studying Industrial Engineering and Electrical Engineering. He continued to build the business during his spare time while holding engineering management positions with USX (formerly U.S. Steel). Jay and his wife Margo are the parents of 7 children and live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Kathleen A. Gallagher C.P.A. , Senior Director of Operations
With a BS in education from Slippery Rock University, a BS in accounting from the University of Pittsburgh, Kathleen also has 19 years of accounting and finance experience in computerized accounting, business applications, development, installations, and customer support. Kathleen has been with Aptech Computer Systems for ten years and manages product development and customer satisfaction.

Donald J. Parker, Director of Research and Development
Donald began at Aptech in 1982 after receiving his BS from Pennsylvania State University and is responsible for solution development and programming. Don has extensive experience with third-party system interfaces and is credited with engineering data conversion protocols to many strategic corporate applications for the seamless exchange of information between systems.

Jill E. Wilder, Vice President
Jill is instrumental in creating Aptech’s vision for the future and focuses her attention on ensuring that the company’s product direction applies the most advanced technologies available. She oversees the company’s product development and design teams, as well as the Customer Support and Sales and Marketing departments.

Calling on 20 years’ experience in computerized accounting and business applications, Jill directs Aptech’s day-to-day operations in the U.S. including all financial and administrative activity. As Aptech’s first director of operations, Jill helped define company training certifications and implementation.

Prior to joining Aptech, Ms. Wilder was on the accounting staff at the Longue Vue Club where she supervised financial reporting for the Pittsburgh-based country club. She is a former president of the Hotel Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) Pittsburgh Chapter, and earned a BS/BA in administrative management from Robert Morris College in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Cam Troutman, Director of Sales
Cam Troutman joined Aptech in 2001 with five years of experience in technology sales and marketing. He holds a BS degree in engineering from Pennsylvania State University and directs new account development.

Sam Costa, Director of Customer Service and Support
Educated at Robert Morris College and Pennsylvania State University, Sam has 12 years experience with Aptech Computer Systems and is responsible for installations, training, system upgrades and testing. He also oversees Aptech’s extensive customer support department and specializes in the functionality of Aptech's back office and business intelligence applications.
