Jay Troutman | ISHC, President
Jay, as the owner and founder of Aptech, holds a position of respected leadership in the Hospitality industry. For more than 45 years he has been committed to being a steward to the industry’s software and business technology needs. He started the business while a student at Cornell University.
Jay continues to be an innovator by focusing his efforts on finding solutions to improve the business challenges of the hotel industry. He carries great pride in Aptech’s customers and the employees’ efforts to service them. Jay and his wife Margo are the parents of 7 children and live in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Jill Wilder | Vice President
Jill is instrumental in creating Aptech’s vision for the future and focuses her attention on ensuring that the company’s product and services direction aligns with the needs of our customers. With over 30 years’ experience in computerized accounting and business applications, Jill focuses her efforts on relating product solutions to customer requirements and prides herself on her customer relationships. She is also responsible for the day-to-day operation including Aptech’s financial and administrative activity.
Jill holds a BS/BA in administrative management from Robert Morris College and resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Cam Troutman | Vice President
Cam oversees multiple areas within Aptech. He holds responsibility for the sales, marketing and product strategy. With his degree in Engineering from Pennsylvania State University, he and his team partner with customers to design, develop, and improve Aptech’s products and functionalities to meet the needs of the hospitality business environment.
With over 15 years of experience in the areas of business intelligence, report/dashboard design, and accounting applications, he educates the marketplace about Aptech’s solutions. He resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with his wife and three children.
Sam Costa | Director of Customer Service and Support
Sam has more than 22 years of experience with Aptech and takes pride in maintaining effective and efficient service for all of Aptech’s customers. He has an in-depth knowledge of Aptech’s products and programs. Through his leading the Customer team, we are able to provide implementation, training and support assistance around the clock. He embraces Aptech’s ownership of the Hospitality 11th edition standard chart of accounts and reporting and assures compliance in all of our product offerings.
Sam has an education from Robert Morris College and Pennsylvania State University and resides in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, with his wife and three children.
