Felicia Matula, Pinnacle Hotel Management, Chief Financial Officer. Sure, so we have all branded hotels, Marriott or Hilton's, and we have select service, we have full service, we have some boutique brands, and our customers are Marriott loyal and very brand loyal. loyal.

What challenges did you face prior to partnering with Aptech?

Well, that's hard because I have been with Aptech for almost as long as I've been in my position. So I've been a PVNG customer or Profitvue for 23 years and Targetvue view, maybe 15 of those. So prior to that, it's probably been longer on the Targetvue side, but prior to that we were Excel workbooks. So it really streamlined the process to have our two systems talk.

How is it working with the Aptech Team?

You know, we've been with you guys for 23 years. We've seen very little turnover, obviously, I haven't turned over, you haven't turned over. I think you did our first training schedule, training. But it's really been all about the support. I mean, when we pick up the phone or we send an email, somebody from your team is always responsive. We never have to submit a ticket; it never needs to be escalated. The problem, if there's an issue or a problem; it's always handled like immediately.

What stands out to you about PVNG?

Yeah, so PVNG is super user-friendly. You know, we let our general managers and the department heads sort of manage their process so they can go in, look up invoices, but they're all very happy that it's a user-friendly system and they can't break anything.

No, just, you know, it's a great team. We've developed a good rapport, very seamless. And, you know, we've been a happy customer for this long, right? We wouldn't have stayed with the product and the company if it wasn't something that we saw benefits of using.
