My name is Rene Wilson, and I'm the Vice President of Operations Finance for Virgin Hotels.
Tell us about your business and your typical guests
Our properties are Virgin Hotels, and our typical guests are those that seek flexible spaces and curated food and beverage experiences.
Which Aptech products do you use?
We currently use PVNG and Execuvue.
What challenges did you face prior to partnering with Aptech?
Prior to coming to the Aptech suites, we were facing challenges with systems not interfacing with one another, and that's been solved with having the full suite of Aptech solutions.

A good example that we've had with working with Aptech has been their customer service. Whenever we have any issues or anything that goes wrong, Aptech is just a phone call away. We can email them, we can call them, and anything that we have going on always gets solved within just an instant.

The number one thing that stands out about Aptech is the ease of use. The systems are very easy to use and easy to train on, and their customer support is fantastic. It's by far the best out of any of the products that we use.
